Happily married to Dr. S. Rita, Former Professor & Head, Department of Pharmacology and Director, RIMS, he is blessed with three children. The eldest, a daughter, is a Pathologist and one of his sons is a Consultant Radiologist. The youngest, specialized in Hotel Management is presently working as the Director of The Classic group of Hotels.
