Recognition and Honor

 

The following are the important awards and recognitions received so far:

  1. The “Northeast Excellence Award 2010” (presented by the Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in collaboration with the Ministry of Development of North East Region (DoNER).
  2. “NEDFi Award 2015” was awarded by the North Eastern Development Finance Institute, Guwahati, in recognition of my entrepreneurial skills.
  3. 2020 Spring Decoration, “Order of the Rising Sun – Gold & Silver Rays” awarded by the Government of Japan for contribution to the India-Japan relationship.
  4. “Lifetime achievement award 2025” presented jointly by Mylia Thiruvalluvar Tamil Sangam (MTTS), Chennai and Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Manipur, in recognition of my activities in the Healthcare and Hospitality sectors and contribution to society.
  5. “Governor’s Best Entrepreneur Award -2025” presented by Hon’ble Governor, Manipur and organised by All Manipur Entrepreneurs’ Association for my dedication and unwavering commitment to excellence in entrepreneurship.

 

Other awards are:

  1. “Bright Star of Manipur Award 2011” was awarded by All Manipur Arts and Culture and Sports Development Society, Imphal, for my contribution to the hospitality sector by establishing the first 3-star category hotel in the state.
  2. “Indian Leadership Award for Health Excellence 2011” awarded by All India Achievers’ Foundation, New Delhi, for my outstanding contributions to National Development.
  3. “International Healthcare Excellence Award 2011” by International Achievers’ Conference, Bangkok, Thailand, for outstanding contributions to healthcare.
  4. “Indian Achievers Award for Healthcare Excellence 2012”, awarded by Indian Economic Development & Research, New Delhi
  5. “Mother Teresa Excellence Award 2012”, awarded by Integrated Council for Socio-Economic Progress, Thrissur
  6. “Nongpok Ningthou Award 2012” presented by the North East Biography Forum, Imphal, recognising my role in the transformation of the hospitality sector in the state by establishing the Classic Hotels.
  7. “National Industrial Excellence Award 2016” presented by the National Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India, Mumbai, for excellence in healthcare service.
  8. “Quality Brands India 2016-2018” Awarded by Quality Brand Times, Mumbai, for excellence in the hospitality sector.
  9. “The 10 Hi-Tech Diagnostics and Pathology Centre 2018” by Insights Healthcare Solutions Hub, Mumbai
  10. “Icon of Ethical and Affordable Healthcare Award 2019” presented by Society for Promotion of Ethical and Affordable Healthcare (SPEAK), Chandigarh, India.
  11. “Entrepreneurial Leader of Manipur 2023” was awarded by the Thoubal District Chamber of Commerce and Industries, Thoubal, Manipur, for my contributions to entrepreneurship development in Manipur.
  12. “Energy Conservation Award 2024” presented by Manipur State Power Distribution Company Limited (MSPDCL) (SDA Manipur) under the aegis of the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Ministry of Power, Government of India, for Best Clean Energy Practices (Commercial Consumer)
