Recognition and Honor

1. “Northeast Excellence Award 2011” for his contribution towards entrepreneurship development in the State awarded by Indian Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with DoNER Ministry.

2. “Nedfi Award-2015” awarded by North-Eastern Development Finance Institute, Guwahati recognizing his entrepreneurial skill.

3. 2020 Spring Decoration, “Order of the Rising Sun – Gold & Silver Rays” awarded by Government of Japan for his contribution to India-Japan relationship.

Dr.Dhabali, founder President of “Manipur Tourism Forum”, played leadership role in organizing series of Commemoration program of Battle of Imphal, World War II, attended by delegates from Japan, United Kingdom and Australia including officials/diplomats from Embassy and Consulates. He was also Chairman of the construction committee of “Imphal Peace Museum” funded by Nippon Foundation with the support of Sasakawa Peace Foundation, Government of Manipur and Embassy of Japan.
Museum was successfully completed and inaugurated in June 2018.
